Uzo Nwankwo  combines a brilliant academic record (First Class Honours in his first degree and numerous academic prizes  ) with an outstanding and qualitative working  experience.  He also holds a post graduate degree (MSc./DIC) in Concrete Structures and Technology from Imperial College, London. He  worked  at the British firm of Ove Arup and Partners where he got considerable exposure in engineering design, construction and structural integrity analysis.
In his more than 20 years  of active engineering experience he has been involved in countless projects of diverse complexity. An aficionado  of most engineering analysis and design softwares, he still combines his duties as CEO  with engineering design.
He is a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, a fellow of the Nigerian Institution Of Structural Engineers, a fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers and an associate of the Institution Of Civil Engineers, United Kingdom.

Steve Njoku has had more than twenty years continuous experience in the construction industry. His forte is project management and his expertise is much sought after in the industry. Not surprisingly, he sits on the boards of other companies of related discipline such as Pelican Marine Nigeria Limited, a shore protection specialist outfit.
He was educated at the Universities of Benin and Port Harcourt where he obtained his degrees in civil engineering and business administration (MBA) respectively. He is a widely travelled professional who is never willing to rest on his oars
 He is COREN registered.

Dan Nwankwo is one of the foremost architects ever to come out of Nigeria. Educated in Nigeria and Ghana, he has been in the forefront of architectural practice in Nigeria for nearly four decades. His architectural skills were honed by years of work in blue chip architectural firms in Ghana and Nigeria such as Kenneth Scott Associates and Godwin & Hopwood respectively. He is the originator of the architectural philosophy of “Beauty In Simplicity” and a leading authority in urban renewal schemes. The practice founded by him, Nwankwo Scott Associates, has been the flagship of architectural practices in South Eastern Nigeria for many years, spawning in the process, many other architectural firms. That firm has now been largely left for his successors to operate. As a director of Zomatek Engineering Dan Nwankwo takes charge of all issues related to architecture and physical planning.
